Service Description

1.1. BBBillionaireAcademy provides coaching services in various subjects and includes crypto signal plays. The coaching services may consist of educational content, tutorials, webinars, discussion forums, and other resources, depending on the subscription level.

1.2. Crypto signal plays provided as part of the service are educational in nature and should not be considered financial advice or a guarantee of investment success. The academy does not provide personalized investment advice and disclaims any liability for financial decisions made based on the stock signal plays.

Subscription and Payments

2.1. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay the specified fee of $2,000 or $4,000 depending on the subscription level, there is also another option of $100 a month until the total is completely paid. The fee is non-refundable.

2.2. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the monthly subscription fee. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment details and maintaining sufficient funds for payment.

2.3. We reserve the right to modify the subscription fee by providing at least 30 days' notice through the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after the fee change will be considered your acceptance of the modified fee.

User Obligations

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Service and to update your information promptly if there are any changes.

3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3.4. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and software, is the intellectual property of BBBillionaire Academy or its licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

4.2. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant BBBillionaire Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

5.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. BBBillionaire Academy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content provided through the Service.

5.2. BBBillionaire Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or any other damages resulting from reliance on the coaching services or stock signal plays provided.
