Who is Roman…?
After years of being “skinny-fat” and dealing with stubborn fat gain, he dedicated himself to learning how to properly build lean muscle and transform his physique.
Through discipline, training, and nutrition, he added over 45 pounds of muscle, cut 30 pounds of fat, and now maintains a lean 195-pound physique with visible abs. Today, Roman helps others achieve sustainable transformations by teaching the exact methods that changed his life.
He is very supportive and understanding, but he also holds you accountable. He knows first hand that no matter who you are and the body type you have, the results you desire are achievable and he is the one who will help you see that and achieve that for yourself.

A strong physique starts with a strong mindset. Our coaching focuses on building discipline, consistency, confidence, and daily habits that create long-term success both inside and outside the gym. We help clients develop the mental structure needed to stay accountable, overcome setbacks, and maintain results sustainably by taking each client individually through our S.H.I.F.T. protocol.
